Privacy policy

• Order information — your name, shipping address, email, and what you ordered, so we can make and ship your pasties.
• Account information — your email and password (stored securely, never in plain text) if you create an account.
• Custom designs — artwork and photos you upload for custom pasties, used only to produce your order and to show you mockups.
• Wholesale applications — business details and tax-exemption certificates you upload when applying for a wholesale account.
• Messages and reviews — anything you send through our contact form or post in a product review, including uploaded photos.
• Usage data — pages visited and general device/browser information, collected through Google Analytics (see below).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers — we only see that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information they process.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which products are viewed most. This collects things like pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), and device type. We do not use advertising pixels or sell your information to anyone.

• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts
• To respond to your messages and quote requests
• To review wholesale applications and manage wholesale accounts
• To send occasional marketing emails, only if you signed up for them — every email includes an unsubscribe link

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes. Custom artwork is kept so you can reorder a design. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — see below.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep order records for legal/tax reasons). Email belle@niptees.com and we'll take care of it.

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the studio owner. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
