Terms of service

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

When you upload artwork or a photo for custom pasties, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your artwork — you simply give us permission to use it to make and display your order (including mockups shown to you). We may decline artwork that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes on others' rights.

Because custom pasties are made to your design, small variations between the digital mockup and the finished, handmade piece are normal and not defects.

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final — we can't accept returns of worn or unworn pasties. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement. See Shipping & returns for details.

• Wholesale accounts are approved at our discretion after application.
• Wholesale orders have a $250 minimum and ship free within the United States.
• Tax-exempt purchasing requires a valid resale/tax-exemption certificate, uploaded during application and approved by us before it applies at checkout.
• Wholesale pricing is for genuine resale; we may suspend accounts that misuse it.
• Wholesale and retail items can't be combined in one order.

Our pasties are body-adhesive products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and don't apply to broken or sensitive skin. Follow the care instructions included with your order. We are not liable for reactions resulting from misuse, allergies to common cosmetic adhesive materials, or failure to follow instructions.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access other customers' accounts or data, scraping the catalog in bulk, or using the contact or review features to send spam or unlawful content.

The NipTees name, logo, product photos, and site content belong to us. Ready-made designs are our original work; please don't copy or resell them outside of an approved wholesale arrangement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NipTees' liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
